The MOD Has Confirmed Three British Soldiers Were Killed In Afghanistan On Thursday Morning

Two served with 2nd Battalion The Rifles, and the third with 40 Regiment Royal Artillery.

They all died following an explosion which happened whilst they were on patrol near Sangin in Helmand Province

Soldiers From 'C' Company 2nd Battalion The Royal Welsh Have Returned Home To Salisbury Plain After Their Latest Six-Month Deployment To Afghanistan

Around 130 soldiers marched onto the parade ground behind a Warrior vehicle at Lucknow Barracks in Tidworth to be greeted by family and friends

Soldiers From 22 Close Support Squadron, 2 Logistic Support Regiment Will Swap The Demands Of Recent Operational Tours For Prestigious Ceremonial Duties At Buckingham Palace This Summer

Duties over the next four months will include carrying out guards and ceremonies at the Tower of London, Windsor Castle, and the Changing Of The Guard At Buckingham Palace.
