The number of British troops in Afghanistan will halve by Christmas next year.
The Prime Minister made the announcement yesterday in Parliament but some will stay in Helmand after 2014.
Soldiers from B Company 1 Scots are back home.
Troops landed back in Scotland late on Wednesday evening December 19 and were welcomed back from Afghanistan by cheering family, friends and comrades.
