The Christmas post deadline for getting parcels to Armed Forces personnel overseas is getting close.
Monday, December 3rd is the last day for getting mail sent. The British Forces Post Office are urging people to use this weekend to get any last minute packages ready. They're also asking members of the public to avoid sending unsolicited gifts to prevent clogging up the forces postal system.

It's the third time the calendar has been made by wives, girlfriends and friends of serving soldiers, and to date they've raised over sixteen thousand pounds.
