CGS says the Army needs to recruit more women and personnel from ethnic minorities
Chief of the General Staff, General Sir Peter Wall, was speaking at the Land Warfare Conference at the Royal United Services Institute and he said that, for a long time the Army has been trying to get the balance of personnel more in kilter with the make up of British society
The Armed Forces are praised for their literacy and numeracy training
A report just out shows that the 3 services have put numeracy and literacy skills at the heart of their development programme for new recruits
