The Defence Secretary confirms that Future Force 2020 will involve the loss of some units in the British Army
But he says, the units that comprise the new Force will be the best equipped ever. Philip Hammond was speaking at the Land Warfare Conference at the Royal United Services Institute and he said that to create the Armed Forces of the future will require transformation in every corner of the Defence establishment
