The Home Office announces changes to rules governing family migration that will affect some members of the British Army
Although the new rules come into force on the 9th of July and the changes will affect anyone wishing to bring family members from a Non-European Economic Area country to the UK, transitional arrangements have been put in place to ensure serving members of the UK Armed Forces and their families will not be immediately affected
