Soldiers In Afghanistan Have Been Having Some Different Visitors To Their Usual

Sky's Soccer AM team are at Camp Bastion, filming for a broadcast which is to go out this weekend.

Soldiers from the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders, 5th Battalion The Royal Regiment of Scotland took part. Op TORA GHAR was a three day operation.

The Colours Of Yorkshire's Territorial Army Infantry Regiment Have Been Laid To Rest

The old Colours of the 4th Battalion The Yorkshire Regiment were carried for the last time at a special laying up service at St Wilfred's Church near York.

The Results Are In For This Week's Army Sports Lottery

This week it's a super draw, where the prizes are doubled. Winning the first prize of 20 thousand pounds is SSgt Hughes of 22 Engr Regt in Tidworth. Capt Middleton from 1 (UK) Armd Div Sig Regt came second and won 10 thousand. Bagging the third prize of 5 grand is SSgt Jackson of the Royal Gibraltar Regt.
