A Soldier's Played Down Being Awarded A Military Medal For His Bravery In Afghanistan

Private Alex Kennedy of 2nd Battalion the Mercian saved his injured officer and also took charge of his colleagues during a firefight with the Taliban. At just 18, the teenager from Worcestershire's the youngest Soldier to have earned the award since World War II.
