7 Para RHA - Arch to Arc Challenge

Soldiers from Colchester have taken part in a grueling charity event to raise thousands of pounds for Help 4 Heroes. Troops from 7 Para RHA took part in the "Arch to Arc" challenge, which involved them running from Marble Arch to Dover, swimming the channel and cycling from Calais to Paris
