It's not only in Afghanistan and Iraq that soldiers can have their health affected by the sun and high temperatures; a particularly hot day in the UK can do damage too. As the Summer approaches, the Army is warning you to take all the necessary precautions to protect yourself against the sun's harmful rays - Captain Alison Cripps from The Army's Primary Healthcare Service told Garrison FM, that you need to make sure you're protected even on days when it's cloudy
